Catalogue description

Reflections Knox Gorge Karijini National Park captures the monumental red rock walls of Karijini meeting a still body of water. Layered bands of iron-rich colour rise above the pool, while their reflection extends the cliff forms downward through the composition. Pale tree trunks and green vegetation provide a cool counterpoint to the intense ochres and reds. The mirrored surface adds stillness to an otherwise powerful geological landscape, creating a study of both mass and reflection.
